Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM via Zoom.



šŸ—“ Meeting Purpose

The AGM will include:


  1. Presentation of the Directorsā€™ ReportĀ and financial statementsĀ for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, along with the Auditorsā€™ Report.

  2. Determination of the number of Directors.

  3. Election of DirectorsĀ to serve until the next AGM.

  4. Appointment of AuditorsĀ for the 2025ā€“2026 fiscal year.


šŸ‘„ Membership and Voting

  • Members in good standing are those who have paid their 2025ā€“2026 membership.

  • Voting membersĀ are parents or legal guardians who are or have been a parent or foster parent of a deaf or hard of hearing child, youth, or adult.

  • All members are warmly encouraged to attend and participate.


šŸ§ā€ā™€ļø ASLā€“English interpreters will be provided.
