Get ready for an incredible summer with Deaf Youth Today (DYT)! Our 2025 Summer Camp Series is packed with fun, connection, and learning for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and signing CODA/SODA youth ages 5–15. From creative crafts and nature adventures to water play and leadership, there’s something for everyone—all in a fully ASL-immersive environment.

Each day camp runs 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Burnaby South Secondary, and our overnight camp is on Gambier Island at Camp Latona. All camps focus on inclusion, language development, and lifelong friendships.

📚 ASL Fun for CODA/SODA/DHH

📅 July 8–10 | Ages 5–14

Connect through games, storytelling, and activities in a fun and supportive space for CODA, SODA, Deaf and Hard of Hearing kids.

💵 $140 (After June 20: $180)

🍃 Nature Explorers ASL Camp

📅 July 14–17 | Ages 5–10

Explore the outdoors, learn signs for animals and nature, and go on mini adventures!

💵 $140 (After June 27: $180)

🍕 Youth ASL Nights (Ages 11–14) | 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

📍 Burnaby South Secondary

• July 9: Board Games & Dinner

• July 16: Movie & Pizza Night

• July 23: Wii Sports Challenge + Card Games & BBQ

💵 $25 per night

💦 Water Works ASL Camp

📅 July 21–24 | Ages 5–10

Splash, swim, and learn water safety—all while building ASL vocabulary and teamwork.

💵 $140 (After July 4: $180)

🏕 Deaf Kids Overnight ASL Camp

📅 July 28–August 1 | Ages 9–15

📍 Camp Latona, Gambier Island

Enjoy five days of hiking, swimming, ocean exploration, campfires, and team bonding in a fully immersive Deaf camp experience.

💵 $700 (After July 11)

🎨 Getting Creative ASL Camp

📅 August 5–7 | Ages 5–10

Let your imagination soar through arts, crafts, sculpture, and DIY fun!

💵 $140 (After July 18: $180)

🏕 Outdoor Adventures ASL Camp

📅 August 11–14 | Ages 5–10

Mini-camp full of nature walks, scavenger hunts, and exploration of local parks and beaches.

💵 $140 (After July 25: $180)

🏙 Urban Adventures ASL Camp

📅 August 11–14 | Ages 11–14

Team activities, field trips, and games for pre-teens who love discovery and building community.
