DYT Campers receive instruction from Terry

DYT's Leadership in Training (LIT) program offers Deaf teens an opportunity to develop essential leadership skills through mentorship from dedicated Deaf staff and experienced leaders. Participants will enhance their communication abilities, build confidence, cultivate empathy, strengthen advocacy skills, foster a passion for serving others, and celebrate Deaf culture. This unique experience prepares LITs to become impactful future leaders who may also volunteer or secure future employment with DYT.

 

Interested applicants are invited to unlock their leadership potential, develop lifelong skills, and create lasting memories. To apply, candidates must complete a brief application and submit a short video.
