The provincial government of British Columbia funds a Medical Interpreting Service to its Deaf and Hard of Hearing citizens. The program is run out of the Western Institute for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

R.E. Mountain Senior Secondary School in Langley, BC offers a secondary level Deaf & Hard of Hearing Provincial Resource Program.

Provincial programs offering classes and services to families who have a deaf or hard of hearing child age 5- 19.

Victory Hill Residential Program (VHRP) provides a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for students, aged 5 to 20, who must live away from home in order to attend the British Columbia Provincial School for the Deaf in Burnaby.
